1. Since people make plans for the holidays early, and often have many parties and events to attend at this time of year, you'll want to send your invitations a little bit early, about 12 weeks before the event.
2. The church will already be decorated and you might only need to add your touch to it. You must make contact with the church decorators and ask them in advance how they are going to decorate the church. Points you must ask are - where will the tree be kept, if there is a tree; how will it be decorated; what colors will be used; what will the decorations be on the altar; how will the entrance doors be decorated, etc. 3. As the light emanates from the candle it creates a warm glow that is completely in contrast to the weather outside. Floating candles are my favorite; they add sparkle and light to any occasion and that too with style. So use bowls and fill them with colored water, confetti and artificial flower.
